The short version

Made-to-order items can't come back just because you changed your mind (EU/UK: see your 14-day right below) — but misprints, damage or wrong items are always on us: send a photo within 30 days → reprint or refund, no need to send anything back.

Always covered (30 days)

• Wrong size, color, or design shipped.
• Print defects: cracking, fading, misalignment, stains.
• Damaged in transit (photo of item + packaging helps).
• Order lost: no tracking movement for 21 days (US) / 30 days (international).

Not covered

Change-of-mind (except the EU/UK right below, or where your local consumer law says otherwise), wrong size ordered (please check the size guide), normal wear after 30 days, or “my dog ate it” — though we'd genuinely love to see that photo.

EU & UK customers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email hello@wagfloof.com with your order number, send the item back within 14 days of telling us (return postage is on you), and we'll refund the item price plus the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving it. This doesn't change anything above: misprints, damage and wrong items are always on us.

Timelines

Reprints ship within the standard production window (3–7 days + shipping). Refunds land in 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If you open a PayPal dispute, we respond within 10 days with tracking showing delivery — please contact us first, we're faster and friendlier.

How to claim

Email hello@wagfloof.com with your order number + a photo. We answer every claim, usually within one business day.
