1 · Made-to-order, made clear

Every wagfloof piece is printed after you order (3–7 days production). You can cancel or change size free before it enters production — email hello@wagfloof.com and we'll stop the press. Once printing starts we can't stop the press, but your consumer rights still apply — including the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU/UK customers (see Refund policy).

2 · Prices & payment

All prices are in USD at checkout, paid via PayPal. You pay us; we pay the print shop. New-seller holds on our payout side (up to 21 days) never delay your shipment — production starts once your payment clears.

3 · Shipping promise

Production 3–7 days, then US Standard 3–7 days, worldwide 7–15 days, all tracked. If we miss the stated window by more than 7 days and you haven't received tracking, you may cancel for a full refund — even mid-production.

4 · Artwork & intellectual property

All graphics are original or commercially licensed for merchandise. Don't reprint, resell, or upload our artwork to other print-on-demand services. We never sell designs based on third-party IP (cartoon characters, celebrities, sports marks) — if you spot an infringement, tell us and we'll pull it within 48 hours.

5 · Acceptable use

No bots scraping mockups, no checkout abuse, no chargeback fraud. We may cancel abusive orders and report fraud to the payment provider. If you're just here for the dogs, none of this will ever apply to you.

6 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for the affected order. Nothing here limits rights your local consumer law guarantees you.
